Terms of Service for Timestamp Camera:Time and Date

Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, and using the Timestamp Camera:Time and Date app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service concluded between you and HK SHENGUANGYUAN TECH LIMITED (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). User Conduct You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the app. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the app.

 

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Version: Timestamp Camera:Time and Date is free to download and use. However, certain features may require a subscription.

By using this app, you consent to the transmission of your subscription consumption data to Apple, as required for processing refund requests, in compliance with the App Store’s refund policies.
